Principal consultant, Leigh Johnson, started Livication Business Group, LLC to provide the small and medium-sized businesses & organizations of the greater Houston area with the type of dedicated operations improvement and business consulting services that are typically only available to larger entities. The idea started as a way for Leigh to combine his two passions (and concentrations of his MBA studies) of Entrepreneurship and Business Consulting, and became fully crystallized when he saw the lack of direct consulting attention usually given to small companies that are unable to hire a large consulting firm to work with them. Thus, with a view to leveling the playing field for smaller firms, Livication Business Group, LLC was born.
We discuss the importance of incorporating the four key elements in your business: people, processes, technology and leadership.

- The term “Livication” is derived from the Rastafarian practice of taking a negative-sounding prefix on a word and replacing it with positive-sounding one. Hence, the ‘ded’ in the word ‘Dedication’ is replaced by the prefix, ‘Liv’. This spawns the term ‘Livication’. Livication Business Group, LLC will always remain committed to the growth and prosperity of our clients, and this special type of commitment is our livication to them!
